Izziyo Art Glass values your order request and will endeavour to service your requirements in a timely manner subject to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Izziyo Art Glass is GST registered and all invoicing within New Zealand will have GST added.
2. All Prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars excluding GST. For overseas customers an estimated conversion rate at time of enquiry will be advised.
3. Trade rates available on request, we will provide you with the discount codes for ordering purposes.
4. Discounted prices are available based on volume of order.
5. Upon receipt of order an automated Confirmation Advice will be sent via email. If not received within an hour, or not at all, please email us at art@izziyoartglass.co.nz.
6. For Special Order Requests see 12 below - Custom Orders, your order confirmation will be advised via email within 24 hours. Any further clarification regarding your order will be communicated via email.
7. Although we hold some stock on popular designs, ALL glassware is normally made to order.
8. Allow 7-14 days to produce on orders less than 12 pieces.
9. For bulk orders 12-24 pieces please allow 14-21 days.
10. For 24+ pieces a minimum of one months notice must be given. There may be a service charge for urgency if required within 21 days (dependant on quantity ordered).
11. If bulk "custom" ordering e.g. for theme parties, weddings, 21sts etc, on existing or supplied designs for 24+ pieces, we require 6 weeks minimum notice.
12. Custom Orders - Please complete the Questionnaire in Custom Made category - please view SPECIFICATIONS to help with your glass, leading, paint and bead colour choices.
1. Existing Design - Personalisation at no extra charge i.e. name & date, colour change.
2. Modification of an existing design - This becomes a New Design - See d. below.
3. You Supply Design - No extra charge, but dependant on difficulty of design or size/area to cover, there could be a nominal fee.
   NOTE: This would be the desired option when ordering only 1 or 2 pieces.
4. We Create New Design - There is a standard charge of $15/hr for the creative time involved (see # 13).
13. Custom Made New Designs Created by Us at Your Request - NOTE: Please observe time frames from points 8 to 11 above for production times. Therefore, ADD that time allowance specified to the time frames listed as follows -
1. Within 10 days we will advise you of 3 to 6 design options. These will be designed onto acetate, photos taken and emailed to you for your viewing. Each option will be designed to fit the desired glass requested.
2. Reply to us by return email with your choice of design within 3 days.
3. If changes are required, your response time must be within 48 hours keeping in mind the order deadline.
14. Please provide a valid residential or business delivery address - NO Box numbers will be accepted.
15. NO false email addresses to be advised or mislead us with any personal details.
16. If aged under 16 years and placing an order, a parent or guardian must authorise your order.
17. If payment choice is "Online Direct Banking" - 7 Days bank clearance will be allowed before a order is despatched.
18. Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE and require a 50% deposit before commencement of order.

Packaging

Each individual piece ordered is hand washed and towel dried before it is wrapped with bubble wrap. Every effort will be made to pack all orders securely to ensure safe arrival.
A standard packaging fee of $4.00 will apply for all orders despatched by post, courier or internationally.
We do have Gift Packaging options. These can be viewed in SPECIFICATIONS. Gift Box fees will apply - stated for each option.

Shipping

We are based in South Auckland. COLLECTION of your glassware by arrangement is optional.

NZ COURIERS – Please allow 1-2 business days within New Zealand. We will provide a Track & Trace number and you can track your order online at www.nzcouriers.co.nz.

INTERNATIONAL
Allow 14-21 days for International orders. Costs associated will be advised dependant on size/weight of order. We will request confirmation before commencement of order.
If your order is not received in due time, and you are concerned, please contact us immediately.

Returns

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Clearly state the correct date or spelling of a name if personalisation is required on the glassware. Choose your option carefully - your order is final.

REFUNDS will be issued by the same method that payment was originally received. We will process your refund within 21 days from receipt of the safely returned glassware.

Satisfaction Guarantee

1. If the product supplied is not as described or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days. You are welcome to exchange with another selection of equal value or return it at your expense, for refund of original cost excluding shipping & packaging (refer also to #5). This will require an authorisation code from us.
2. If the wrong item was ordered and you are not satisfied to keep it, please contact us within 7 days. You may return it, at your expense, for refund of original cost excluding shipping & packaging (refer also to # 5) or you may exchange for another of equal value. An authorisation code will be required.
3. If we despatched the wrong item to you, please advise us no later than 48 hours. Return of the item in the same packaging will be at our cost, please ensure it is secured safely for shipping. Your correct order will be sent on receipt of the returned item.
4. If choosing a replacement item of greater value, payment of the difference must be received before despatch and will include shipping & re-packaging fees.
5. Please return your purchase in the same condition as delivered, however please ensure it is secured for safe despatch. If damaged in transit, no refund - only exception is to no. 3 above, replacement at our cost still stands, but please make every assurance to secure the packaging.
6. We suggest when returning our product that it is insured or registered for a "receipt signature" and keep your ticket for tracking purposes. If not received by us, no refund or replacement will be forthcoming.
7. Please allow 14 days for replacements within NZ, 21 days outside NZ.

Damages

1. If any item/s is damaged on delivery please contact us no later than 48 hours. A replacement or refund may be owed. Should we request the item/s to be returned, it will be at our cost.
2. For international purchases we require a photo shot of the damaged item/s and forward to us via email or post.
3. If a refund is requested, an authorisation code will be issued. Refund will cover cost of damaged item/s plus percentage of shipping cost if more than one item purchased.
4. If a replacement is requested it will be the same design as originally ordered or another to the same value.
5. It is most important when ordering, to be sure that the washing instructions are adhered to. If we state "NOT DISHWASHER SAFE" we will not accept any responsibility for damage to your purchase or any damage sustained to your dishwasher from loose beads in the works.

General Wear and Tear

It is inevitable that there will be loss of lustre from frequent chemical cleaning in a dishwashing machine. Although specific painted designs are dishwasher safe, to lessen the loss of lustre damage, we recommend hand washing in a mild liquid detergent. Recommended washing instructions will be included with your purchase.
Beaded designs - This range of designer glassware is not recommended for cleaning in a dishwasher. We cannot guarantee that the chemical exposure will not deteriorate the efficiency of the glue used to fasten the glass beads to the glassware. Hand washing is recommended at all times for these designs. However, should any beads dislodge from frequent use, we will at your request replace them for a small fee - dependant on quantity and size of the beads.

WARNING: Do not leave Non Dishwasher Safe Gold and Silver leaded designs soaking in detergent water as the leading will eventually separate from the glassware.
