Izziyo Art Glass at all times designs each piece individually by hand with much pride, enthusiasm and willingness to please. No two pieces of the same design will be absolutely identical, but every endeavour will be made to keep the design as identical as manually possible.

Glassware Option

Although we hold a specific range of glassware brands, there is the option of either:

• Supplying your own glassware (These have to be delivered and collected in person)
• Requesting us to source your preferred brand at your cost

If either choice is preferred, please contact us via email at art@izziyoartglass.co.nz as there will be a glass refund by arrangement dependant on the design chosen and glass used for that design.

There are only two sizes (small and medium) of glassware used to display our designs (as listed below), however larger sizes for the same range can be supplied on request. Please enquire by emailing us at art@izziyoartglass.co.nz.

Elegant, refined wine and flute glasses, good tolerance to dishwashing chemicals.

Libbey Perception:

Heavy duty, solid base, durable wine glass and flute.

Pasabahce Maldives:

Very similar to the Perception.

Pasabahce Imperial:

Smaller wine glass, heavy base, durable.

Ocean Madison:

Elegant and refined wine and flute glass. Tall, narrow stem.

Bormioli Rocco Riserva: Our only crystal (lead-free) glass option. $2 surcharge applies.

Luminarc Benidorm Beer Handle:

Smooth rounded features, solid, heavy duty.

Munich Beermug:

Straight Square shape, solid.

Pilsener:

Available in flared and brasserie style.

Product Design Process

1. Clean glassware.
2. Apply leading to create outline of design onto glassware. Leave to dry for 2 days minimum.
3. Glassware is then baked at intense heat.
4. Painted designs only - Paint applied and left to cure 3-5 days.
5. Glassware is then baked at a specific temperature and time period.
6. Beaded designs only - Immediately after leading has cooled down from baking process, beads are applied with special glassware glue.
7. Glassware is gently hand washed and towel dried.

Paint

All paint used is dishwasher safe. We supply in gloss or frosted form and are transparent paint for the leadlight effect, although several layers of the same colour can become opaque. We use base colours and mix them to desired colours for the design. For this reason shades may vary slightly for different batches.

Beads

All beads used on glassware are GLASS. Most colour types can be sourced.

Gift Boxing

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMWOOD BOXING NOT AVAILABLE - For NATIONAL South Island orders - For extra protection over the travel distance, this option will have glassware bubble wrapped.

A.	Customwood Boxing - available for Single Wine or Flute glasses. Glassware is placed onto wood wool and a sliding lid inserted. Shredded white or colour paper is optional
B.	Customwood Boxing - available for Double Wine or Flute glasses. Glassware is placed onto wood wool and a sliding lid inserted. Shredded white or colour paper is optional.
C.	Customwood Boxing - Available for Single Beer Handle. Glassware is placed onto wood wool and a sliding lid inserted. Shredded white tissue is optional.
D.	Customwood Boxing - Available a crate holding 4 Shot glasses.
